Note: This is the 39th entry in the list and not the 39th Apple-1 produced. The Apple-1 does not have a regular serial number. Only some Apple-1 got a handwritten serial number.
Plastic film decoupling capacitors. Lots of rework around the DRAM area. Very unusual piggybacked DRAM chips.

Plastic CPU MOS MPS 6502 (4076), plastic PIA Synertek SY6520 (7630), 32 KB plastic DRAM from Texas Instruments (7749). 5 yellow capacitors, 3 big blue capacitors.
Original Apple Cassette Interface (NTI) with stamp '2' and handwritten number 1999-915 (probably by the museum). Wooden case with Datanetics keyboard, power supply, and fan. Monitor without case.
Some IC sockets on the breadboard (DM7402N, 2x DM7420). Piggybacked DRAM chips. Many wires and capacitors added around the DRAM chips. Video connector soldered to the mainboard. Both 8T97 chips changed (date code 7842). Number 1999-915 written on the front (probably by the museum).
